Since entering the new era, economy has grown rapidly and economic strength improved significantly, but it is accompanied by resource environmental problems caused high pollution energy consumption growth model. Realizing transformation of development from “incremental” to “increasing quality” promoting green become one main goals China in next stage. With rapid China’s social economy, changes industrialization, urbanization agricultural intensification are getting faster faster. The discharge industrial “three wastes” urban domestic wastewater gradually increased, a large amount chemical fertilizers pesticides have been applied rural arable land. It accelerates soil heavy metal pollution. Electrodynamic remediation technology, as an emerging situ attracted wide attention due its advantages range pollutant removal, low cost good effect. In this paper, device for metal-contaminated designed based on electrodynamic technology. That is, basis digital electrolyte circulation mechanism with adsorption ions introduced. feasibility electrokinetic contaminated was investigated, effects type, voltage, time removal metals were studied. following results obtained through series experimental studies: pH values region A E1, E2, E3 3.24, 3.18, 3.09, respectively. current peak E2 E4 0.44, 0.68 0.75 mA had best effect cadmium ions, average rate 7.3%. show that can effectively remove soil. also recycle solution, which environmentally friendly repair device.
